Fit for you offers personalized fitness training that is tailored specifically to each client and their unique goals. The trainer designs and evolves the program around the individual.

Key aspects of this service may include:

  • One-on-one personal training sessions with a certified personal trainer who designs personalized exercise programs based on the client’s fitness level, problem areas, injuries/limitations, schedule, preferences, etc. The trainer acts as a coach and motivator.
  • Workout plans that are specific to the client and adjust as they progress. This may include a mix of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, flexibility training, etc. The trainer modifies the plans over time to continually challenge and help the client improve.
  • Training sessions may take place in a private gym, the client’s home, outdoors, or a combination. The trainer comes to where it’s most convenient.
  • Use of different equipment if needed, such as weights, resistance bands, exercise balls, etc. The client is not limited to certain equipment.
  • Nutritional guidance and meal planning from the trainer are customized to complement the client’s fitness goals and workout regimen.
  • Record keeping of the client’s progress with periodic benchmark assessments and goal reviews. The trainer tailors the program based on results.
  • Ongoing support and motivation from the personal trainer via phone, email, text, etc. in between sessions. The trainer acts as an accountable partner.
